We store your email address, a salted password hash, your topics and cards, account activity needed to sync changes, and assistant permissions you approve. The app stores a local copy of your cards and unfinished drafts on your device.
We use this information to operate your account, synchronize cards, recover account access, prevent abuse, and provide the assistant connections you choose. We do not sell your information or use advertising trackers.
Render hosts the service. Resend delivers account emails. Cloudflare R2 stores encrypted database backups. These providers process data to deliver these services.
An assistant can access only the permissions you approve. Reading full card text requires a separate permission. You can revoke connections in Settings. Data already shared with an assistant is subject to that provider’s privacy practices.
Account data is kept while your account is active. Deleting your account removes its live server records and this device’s active account cache. Scheduled encrypted backups rotate over a 14-day window. Storage versioning is disabled for the backup bucket. Other devices may retain offline copies until they reconnect or are cleared.
You can export your cards, revoke assistant access, and delete your account in Settings. Contact us for access or deletion help. Data may be processed outside your country where our providers operate.
